Welcome to EventPixPro! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EventPixPro platform and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LEAP Analytics ("LEAP Analytics", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use EventPixPro.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require payment, such as purchasing credits or premium features ("Paid Services").

• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors, such as Razorpay, to bill you through a payment account linked to your account on the Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. LEAP Analytics is not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
• Billing: You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date).
• Refund Policy: All payments for Paid Services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Any refunds shall be at the sole discretion of LEAP Analytics.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices for our Paid Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on EventPixPro, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LEAP Analytics or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not systematically extract or re-utilize parts of the content of EventPixPro without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant LEAP Analytics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and LEAP Analytics' (and its successors' and affiliates') business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEAP Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of LEAP Analytics exceed the greater of ten thousand rupees (Rs. 10,000) or the amount you paid LEAP Analytics, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or if you engage in any activity that harms the platform, its users, or our business interests.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
